people so rude it makes u not want to use their service

This morning I called the cab company at 8:30 as I do every morning and waited until 9:15 to call again asking where my cab was. The man on the other line told me to SHUT UP so he could explain where my cab was. I asked him for the supervisor and after being on hold for 5 minutes he decided to pick up the phone again and said that a supervisor wasn't around so I asked for his name and he hung up. I called again and again asked for his name and he told me I could walk to work. I know the shift that he was working and I am going to complain. They need friendlier people answering their phones, not someone to tell a loyal customer to shut up. Very displeased and upset.
