Gave them two tries on tow days in a row. first time was told would have a ride in a "few minutes" but after an hour, still nothing. When I called I was told they had no record of a ride being booked.. After over an hour a cab showed up. Tried again the next day and was told would have a ride in about 30 minutes. No cab ever showed. There won't be a third time.

Booked over an hour ago, I've called several times since and they still haven't even sent a driver. Worst cab experience I've ever had. How can this company be in business. I strictly using uber from now on.
