THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER RECEIVED BY ANYONE I'VE ENCOUNTERED IN THE LINE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Gas stations, super markets, retail stores, the guy who sells news paper on the median in front of the freeway, has exceeded high above the customer service threshold held at yellow cab... Don't waste your time.. go with silver cab instead. They at least acknowledged my needs and called me to inform me they weren't able to accommodate me. yellow cab in birmingham on the other hand gave me the run around for three plus hours saying someone was on the way when they weren't. then they tried to play like there was a bad connection over the phone and hung up on me several times. INCOMPETENT AND CHILD LIKE BEHAVIOR FOR SUCH A COMPANY.
