Ridiculous!!! No show aft. 4hr. advance call w/ 3reminders in between....left outside @4:00am!!!!!

I called this taxi service for a ride that was only several miles and a driver called me got the information he needed and told me he was close by and on his way. Then a couple other random drivers called me. It was confusing they didn't seem to know who my driver was. I waited for several hours and no one showed up. I called my driver and he kept telling me he was on his way but no one ever showed.

they have the worse service in the city. I waited for a cab for 7 hours, and they kept telling me " no one has picked up this run yet, we'll try and get you as soon as possible, I'll mark this as a priority". They had nasty, I DON'T CARE ATTITUDES every time I called back which I only did because they never told me once, that they couldn't service me. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. Needless to say I never got a cab.
