Even though, I had to wait for quite awhile for the cab due to high volume of calls, the operator was very polite. And I had an excellent driver who made the ride comfortable.

The woman who answers the phone is like a raging bit**, extremely rude attitude! The other day she told me to wait for 40 minutes for the cab and I decided to cancel it after waiting for an hour! She called me back and shouted at me. Her mother really did a lousy job on her. I wonder how a person like her got hired. The cab smelt horrible too.Such a pathetic company and service!
