Taxi never show up! Was waiting for 1h30min then I have up and started walking.

I called for service. It tells you to press 2 for garland. Then a lady tells me we don't have any drivers in that area and they won't come to the area and the only time they service the area is if they have a drop off in the area. My question is why say you service an area that you don't.
