No competitors has made billtown a nightmare to deal with. Rude dispatchers, high prices, and always late and unreliable. Cabs are clean, but otherwise drivers are reckless. I hate dealing with them and would rather waste more time waiting on the bus and be at work overly early rather than rely on billtown to make me late.
