I was taken across town in the opposite direction to where I was supposed to be taken. When mistake identified, did turn around and get me where I needed to go. The entire time I listened to sexist and racist comedy tapes with nothing but profanity. Seemed extremely inappropriate. When I arrived at the right destination I was asked to pay the fee of $112 for a ride that should have been about $30 and when I pushed back-I was yelled at and was told that it was not the cab drivers problem-it was mine. I was somehow supposed to know that there were 2 of the same address in different parts of the town. I am not from Illinois. I rely on cab drivers to know where to go. That is why I took one.
