Worst Taxi Service Ever!!! Made reservation over an hour before my "scheduled" pick up which was 6:15 to attend a function. A lady named Jasmine took my reservation and assured me a car would be at my hotel at 6:15pm; my ticket#5498. At 6:07pm a guy called me asking if I was waiting for a taxi and then told me there were NONE available to get me because it was a Saturday night and they were busy. Informed him I had made the reservation over an hour ago. He said RESERVATIONS ARE NOT GUARANTEED AND ON A PRIORITY BASIS. Don't bother with this company, call All-Star Taxi 630-787-9200.
