GAVE THEM A WHOLE HOUR TO GET TO OUR LOCATION AND NEVER CAME,CALLED AND CALLED BUT NO ANSWER, MY GRANDMA MISSED HER BUS TIME AND COULD NOT GET TO WORK. IF YOU CAN WAIT HOURS TRYING TO GET A CAB THIS IS THE BEST IF YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR LIFE.

The ride there was great but getting a taxi back was terrible. I Waited 2 hours and counting. Never using this service again. I should've just biked in the middle of the storm.
