THIS IS THE WORST TAXI SERVICE EVER I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE I CALLED A TAXI FOR 2 OF MY CUSTOMERS WHERE I WORK AFTER 4 HOURS NO ONE SHOWED UP EACH TIME I CALLED TO SEE WHERE THE DRIVER WAS I WAS GIVEN A DIFFERENT TIME AND LATER TOLD NO DRIVERS WERE IN THE AREA AND THAT'S WHAT CAUSED THE DELAY

Do not use this service. I was picked up at DFW and asked to be taken to the Dallas Galleria. Despite the driver confirming that he knew where the Galleria was before we left the airport, 2 miles in the ride he told me he didn't know where it was. Being from out of town, I could not direct the driver to the location (there is only one Galleria in Dallas). He then became belligerent and rude. I asked to be let out of the cab at a gas station and the driver refused. Ultimately, the driver returned me to the Airport. I then reported this to the Yellow Cab operations manager who, stunningly refused to apologize or do anything. The next day I contacted the corporate office on this issue and they have refused to speak to me. I had no choice but then to contact the police. Th driver number was J818. Do not use this service.

I had no problem. The time they told me is the time they were there 15 before time specified time . I'll give them a 9. And i will recommend to anyone. You have to call with time . Hey guys give them a chance/break .. They can't speed. Very Nice!!! ;-)
